With the best of fresh Scottish produce on our doorstep,
it only takes a bit of imagination from our chef to prepare a
hearty and varied menu. Equally popular with locals and visitors,
some of our favourites include Caramalised Duck, and Seared King
Scallops to start.

Rack of Lamb – roast rack
of Lamb presented on Dauphinoise potatoes and baby spinach with
glazed vegetables, finished with a rosemary scented veal jus
Halibut Fillet – Pan fried
fillet resting on a cushion of creamed pesto potatoes served
with roasted asparagus tips and cherry tomatoes, masked with
a light white wine cream sauce
Chilli and Lime Chicken –
grilled breast of chilli and lime marianeted chicken on a bed
of stir-fried egg noodles and vegetables, in a sweet chillis
and soy sauce
Wild mushroom and Goat’s Cheese
Lasagne – sauted wild mushrooms in a creamy cheese
and chive sauce – layered with pasta topped with glazed
goats cheese and served with tossed salad
